I have been practicing Hatha yoga for over 15 years and am a Yoga Alliance registered teacher. Having undertaken an initial 200hr yoga teaching course with Sam Rao Teaching School I furthered my learning with Katy Appleton (Appleyoga) in pre and post-natal yoga. I continue to expand my learnings with self-study and through attending regular workshops so that these experiences can be passed on to my students.
I had the pleasure of discovering yoga after having my first child and was looking for a way to balance and navigate my way through life with a little piece of ‘me’ time’. A respect and love for yoga began from the moment I sat on that mat. Through some wonderful teachers and experiencing the many styles of yoga, my journey from student to teacher was born.
Yoga offers the whole package, strength, flexibility, clarity and calm leading to a fitter, more energetic, happier and peaceful you. Yoga holds a piece of magic for everyone regardless of age, ability and experience and can become a lifelong passion.
My aim is to pass on the many benefits of yoga, helping to bring balance into peoples busy lifestyles encourage well-being and support my students through everyday challenges.
